Who we are

Pingajob is operated by T3ch365 Ltd ("Pingajob", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17391627), with registered office at 17 Robsheugh Place, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE5 2QU, United Kingdom. These terms form a contract between you and T3ch365 Ltd whenever you use the Pingajob app or website.

What Pingajob is

Pingajob is a marketplace that connects customers who need work done with independent professionals who offer trade services. We are not a party to the work itself — the contract for any job is between the customer and the professional they select. Professionals on Pingajob are independent contractors, not our employees, agents, or partners, and we don't supervise, direct, or control how they carry out their work.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under English law to use Pingajob.
• You must provide accurate, current information when you register, and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• Pingajob is intended for use within the United Kingdom.
• You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Account → Delete account).

If you're a customer

• Posting a job is free. You'll receive applications from professionals interested in the work.
• You choose which professional to select for your job — Pingajob doesn't select or guarantee one for you.
• You're responsible for describing the job accurately and for providing safe access to the property where the work takes place.
• Payment is authorised (held, not charged) when you select a professional, and only actually taken once you confirm the job is complete — or automatically after 24 hours if you don't respond once the professional marks it done.
• You agree to treat professionals respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour toward a professional is grounds for account suspension.

If you're a professional

• You must complete identity verification before your account is approved, and may need to provide relevant trade certifications depending on the work you offer.
• You're responsible for holding any licences, qualifications, and insurance that the law requires for the trade you practise — Pingajob verifies the documents you submit but doesn't guarantee your competence to a customer, and doesn't independently confirm licensing with third-party bodies.
• You're paid out weekly in a scheduled batch (see the app for the current schedule) once a job is confirmed complete, minus Pingajob's platform fee.
• You agree to carry out work professionally, safely, and in line with any standards your trade requires.

Payments & fees

All payments are processed by Stripe. Pingajob takes a 5% platform fee from the job amount before paying out a professional.

Cancellations & refunds

• A customer can cancel a job before it's marked complete; any payment authorisation is voided rather than charged.
• A professional can withdraw a pending application at any time before being selected, at no cost.
• Once work is confirmed complete and payment has been released to a professional, it isn't automatically refundable — if something went wrong, contact us and we'll look into it.
• Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse another user
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including fake reviews or misrepresented qualifications
• Attempt to arrange payment for a job outside the app to avoid Pingajob's fees, once a job has been arranged through the platform
• Use the app for anything unlawful, or to circumvent our identity verification or safety features
• Attempt to access another user's account, or interfere with the app's normal operation

You can report a user or a specific message directly from within a job's chat, and block someone who's messaged you inappropriately — both are available from the menu in any conversation.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you post — job descriptions, photos, messages, reviews. By posting it, you give Pingajob a licence to store, display, and share it with the other party to a job as needed to operate the service. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience of a real job on Pingajob. Don't offer, accept, or pressure anyone into a review in exchange for money, discounts, or favours. We may remove reviews that violate this or that we reasonably believe are fake.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, behave in a way that harms other users or Pingajob, or if we're required to by law. You can delete your account yourself at any time from within the app. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.

Disclaimers

Pingajob is a marketplace connecting customers and independent professionals — we don't perform, supervise, or guarantee the work carried out. While professionals go through identity verification and, where applicable, submit trade certifications, we don't independently inspect their work or guarantee outcomes. The app is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pingajob isn't liable for the acts or omissions of any customer or professional using the platform, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited or excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and let you know in-app if a change is significant. Continuing to use Pingajob after a change means you accept the updated terms.
